Denver Arts Events February 2-8, 2026

This week’s list offers you the opportunity to step outside your comfort zone to experience high-caliber shows in off-the-beaten-path venues. If I could enjoy six performances, events, or exhibitions this week, this is what I’d do. Enjoy.

✺ February 2 Take a free community class with Boulder Dance Crew at Boulder Ballet. 7:30 p.m. More info.

✺ February 6 See a performance of Samuel Beckett’s existential play Waiting for Godot at Aurora Fox Threatre. 7:30 p.m. More info and tickets.

✺ February 7 Celebrate the unveiling of El Milagro, a mural by artist David Ocelotl Garcia and enjoy a dance performance by Grupo Tlaloc. 1 p.m. at The Truss House. More info.

✺ February 7 Spend a whole day enjoying jazz music along Five Points’ Welton Corridor at Five Points Jazz Roots. Starting at 12 p.m. More info.

✺ February 7 & 8 Spend two days in workshops, panels and events all about writing about love at Lighthouse Writers’ Love Fest. More info and registration.

✺ February 8 Enjoy an afternoon of Irish Music and Swing Dancing with renowned fiddle player Jessie Burns at Spirit Hound Distillers Tasting Room in Lyons. More info.
