This week, we’re given delicious opportunities to explore the arts we love from a new perspective and with a vision for a brighter future. If I could enjoy five performances, events, or exhibitions this week, this is what I’d do. Enjoy.

✺ March 19 & 20 In Red Willow by Control Group Productions, an urban nature hike is transformed into the stage and rituals for resistance a participatory experience. At Sunset. Through South Platte Park, starting at Carson Nature Center.‍ ‍More info and tickets.

✺ March 20-22 Enjoy a local production of a Broadway classic at A Chorus Line at Lakewood Cultural Center. More info and tickets.

✺ March 21 & 22 BIPOC+ writers of all levels and genres can enjoy workshops, events, and panels at Writing in Color Fest at Lighthouse Writers Workshop. More info.

✺ March 21 & 22 Part dance performance, part jaw-dropping acrobatics, delight in MOMIX’s take on Alice in Wonderland, Alice. The Newman Center. More info and tickets.
